Pee Pee in the Potty; Pee Pee in the Potty

Aidan went potty in his potty 4 times this week! He's by no means potty trained, but I am just thrilled that he is asking and wanting to go pee pee. Yay Aidan!

Train Museum

After Christmas we traveled down to Phoenix for a wedding I was in. While were there we visited a train museum:

"One, two, five, seven..." - counting to ten Aidan-style
"Moov Leese" - Move please (as in get off the chair so I can sit there, usually accompanied with a little push)

"Kib" - No more rocking or singing, I want to be put in my crib

Milestones in 2009 (well most of them at least)

January
- Aidan really started babbling
- Started eating noodles and bananas (the real ones)

February
- Cow MILK
- Animal Crackers are the new favorite
- Has Cake and Ice Cream (Ice Cream a little too cold though)

May
- Starts walking

June
- The talking begins
- Can go up and down the stairs

July
- First baseball game
- First airplane trip

August
- Self feeding
- LOVES the pool and water
- Time out for one minute at a time begins (not too often, thank goodness)
- NURSERY TIME!

September
- Appreciation of the park and slides

November
- His fascination with tractors and other construction machines begins
- Starts understanding how much fun birthday cake and candles are
- The flashlight game is an instant favorite

December
- Interest in going pee pee in the potty
- Understands presents and has fun unwrapping them (his own and everyone else's)
- Repeats everything

It's been really fun to watch Aidan start understanding what we're saying and for him to start communicating with us too.
