This year Aidan's lessons are outside at the neighborhood pool - he is having a lot of fun!

Summer Fun

Baby Preston

We decided on Preston David for this new little one's name. It was far easier this time around (I think it took days with Aidan)... He is 2lbs 15 oz today and is doing really well as far the doctors can tell. My next and last specialist appt is Aug 6.

Darth Vader

Aidan loves Darth Vader! Funny Vader moments:

He likes to throw the ball back and forth with you, but you have to say "Darth Vader Bom Bom" first.

We're not sure if he know that Darth is bad... anytime we watch the movies, he is very concerned about Darth (especially when his hand is cut off) and doesn't want him to lose the fight or get hurt.

When we were watching Return of the Jedi, at the very end when the fight is over and everyone is celebrating, Aidan asked, "why are the having a party?" We told him it was for Darth Vader, and then he asked "if the party is for him, why don't they have any Darth Vader balloons?"

Easter Time!

This Easter Aidan really "got" the whole hunting for eggs activity; it's so fun to watch and experience childhood again!

These eggs (blown out and filled with confetti) are the most fun eggs ever! 


In our "I am grateful for Easter" jar, Aidan added the following:
*"I am grateful for Easter and Jesus because he scares away the monsters"
*"Because of the carrots"
